Most of my paintings are landscapes of the Southwest and many are pastels.  However, I occasionally browse through my old photographs of England, my homeland and pay particular attention to the countryside and village buildings of East Anglia.  I enjoy trying to depict what it is like in that part of England. 

Pastels were my medium of choice for many years but now I enjoys using water mixable oils particularly when I paint plein air.
